Basically, our warranties last 12 months.

If the scooter has a malfunction as the result of a factory defect then we will fix the problem without any cost to you, the customer. Physical damage to the scooter is on you. Official Warranty declaration

Free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from original retail purchase. This includes the Battery, Frame, Electric Motor, and Controller. Items that get used through ware and tare (eg. Brakes, tyres, handle bar grips) are not covered

This warranty becomes invalid if the motor or battery pack is opened or modified by the customer. Any motor maintenance should be performed by a Kaboota Scooter Technician.
